In this meditation, a mountain becomes your guide and your mirror.

A mountain does not resist the storm. It does not chase the sun or mourn the snow that melts. It simply remains, rooted, present, unmoved at its centre while the world moves across and through it.

This practice invites you to rest into that same quality within yourself: not a stillness that keeps life out, but one that allows everything to pass through while you remain anchored in the body, steady at the heart, and wide and soft as the sky that surrounds the mountain.
