By purchasing access to The Arc Meditation Library, you agree to the following terms.
1. Access and Licence
When you purchase a guided meditation or course, or bundle, from The Arc Meditation Library, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to stream that guided meditation or course via the LearnWorlds platform. You do not own the guided meditations or courses, and no rights are transferred to you beyond this personal licence.
Access is for your individual use only. Login details are for your use alone and are not to be shared with any other person. Wellbeing Arc Collective monitors session activity and reserves the right to suspend access where sharing or misuse is identified.
2. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our guided meditations and courses, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once a purchase has been made. Please review the descriptions provided for each guided meditation or course, or bundle, carefully before purchasing, as these are intended to give you a clear sense of the content and its purpose.
This applies to individual guided meditation or course purchases and bundle purchases alike.

All guided meditations and courses, audio recordings, scripts, images, and written material within The Arc Meditation Library are the intellectual property of Wellbeing Arc Collective and are protected by copyright law. This includes, without limitation, the guided meditation scripts, voice recordings, and any accompanying artwork or text.
