In this meditation, a still pond becomes your companion, a tranquil place of reflection and quiet depth. Beginning at the outermost edges of your awareness and drawing slowly inward, breath by breath, you are guided into a quality of open, unhurried presence.

Whatever arises, a thought, a feeling, a sensation, is met with loving presence rather than judgement, held gently at the surface while the depths beneath remain undisturbed.
